I attempt a political cartoon. Do I succeed? Well, the colors are too vibrant, so eh. Other than that, I think the message was conveyed.
Recently I saw a news report saying that certain (and probably most) financial "help" companies give loans to help you pay off your debt to Credit Card Company X or your Y Bill, but then begin to quickly expect payment back, charging large interest rates and going so far as to harass those who sought help. Other times, it feels like the only goal is to stiff people out of every penny they've ever earned. It feels like there are bigger companies that subscribe to the "Money now, help later" policy, even if their advertisements claim otherwise.
Be careful with who you trust your money to. Also, before trying out any financial help service, it may be in your best interest to do some research on the company first and foremost to avoid being scammed.

Hmmm....
In political cartoons, it is %80 message, %20 "picture" so to speak. Unless the picture itself is the message, with no text (really rare, almost impossible to convey a thought without written word.)
I personally am having a hard time understanding the helicopter itself. It seems mislabeled.
The second balloon for the chopper gets hurt because of the copter label as well.
